Plan Before Price is a 60-minute visit from Sam, at your home. You end up knowing what is possible, what it will take, and what to do next. Even if you never hire us.
Start with your family
We start by listening. The morning queue. Nowhere to put anything. A layout that never made sense. Sam wants to know how your family actually uses the room.
Look before guessing
Sam checks the room, the access, where the plumbing sits and what is likely hiding behind the walls. The more he finds now, the less there is to find later.
Work out what is worth doing
Layout, storage, fixtures, finishes. Sam has been doing this 20 years. He will tell you what is worth the money and what is not.
Know where you stand
If it looks like a fit, we write you a detailed quote and hold that price for 30 days. Nobody asks you to decide on the day.

I'm Sam. For over 20 years I've been renovating bathrooms and building homes across Sydney.
You deal with me, not a salesperson or a rotating project manager. I run the Bathroom Consultation, write the quote, manage the trades and hand the room back to you.
We only take on 2 to 4 renovations a month, deliberately, so each one gets done right.

Contracts, insurances and trades are arranged, along with a confirmed start date and a plan to keep your household functioning.

Personal 1:1 Handover
Most bathrooms are completed in 6–8 weeks. The site is left tidy each day, then Sam walks you through the finished room.

Your quote is fixed for 30 days.
Sam spends 60 minutes in your home before he writes it, checking the plumbing, the floor and the access. Most surprises get found while it is still a plan.
No builder can see through a wall though. If something hidden turns up once the room is opened, work stops. Sam shows you what it is and what it costs, and nothing goes ahead until you agree.
The price only moves if you ask for a change, or if you approve one.
